This basic philosophy is the premise behind paying for employee training, across a whole range of skills - many directly related to the business (marketing, leadership, presentation skills, project management) whilst others may not be directly applicable to an individual task but are nevertheless useful skills to have (learning a foreign language and so forth).

Brain Training offers the chance to work on and develop skills that are always useful, since we use our brains in pretty much everything we do, and the skills learned on a brain training workshop are not ephemeral and purely of academic use, far from it - rather, they permeate through all our interactions with the world, whether in the workplace or the home.

With regard to the intended audience of these workshops, it is anybody in business. No detailed knowledge is assumed or required, just an open mind and a willingness to participate in the various tasks and exercises in order to gain the most from the sessions. Sessions are aimed to be of benefit to everyone, so even if an employee does not work on tasks that are, for instance, deemed as 'creative' tasks day in day out, nonetheless attending a workshop will be both stimulating and interesting and useful whenever creative tasks do come up.
